Beware of Inferior Nano Sinks: Unveiling the Secrets to Ensure Quality and Safety

Nano sinks actually use the latest nanotechnology on the surface of stainless steel sinks. They use easy-to-clean nano-coatings. After curing, the coating has a good metallic texture, super hydrophobic and oleophobic properties, excellent anti-fouling effects, and is easy to clean, surface grease and stains can be easily wiped off. Make daily sink cleaning simple and convenient, no longer worry about thick oil stains! At the same time, this coating can also enhance the protection, polishing and anti-fouling effects of stainless steel!

Be aware of these misunderstandings about nano sinks! ! !

There are more and more nano-sinks on the market, but there are very few people who can really explain the difference between nano-sinks and ordinary sinks. Some unscrupulous merchants take advantage of consumers' incomprehension when encountering new products to deceive them and use inferior materials. Everyone thinks that all the nano sinks on the market are simply sprayed with paint, and all the paint will fall off without even using a single layer of paint, which makes everyone shun them! As a source manufacturer, I am here to share with you what pitfalls we consumers must pay attention to when purchasing nano sinks!
There are two types of coatings commonly used on sink surfaces: nano-hydrophobic and oleophobic coatings and super-hydrophilic coatings
·Nano hydrophobic and oleophobic coating: Using the principle of lotus leaves naturally sliding down when exposed to water, water droplets and oil stains gather into a ball on the surface of the sink, just like a lotus leaf ball. The effect is immediate and clean, preventing bacterial growth. This kind of coating is the most widely used in sinks and is also the most commonly used by many big brands. The sinks in our factory are also treated with this process.
·Super hydrophilic coating: A simple understanding is that oil stains can adhere to the surface of the sink and then flow away with the water. This kind of coating was used more when nano sinks first emerged, but now there are fewer brands using this coating.
We can see that there are always some comments below the recommendations of many nano water sinks: they say not to buy a nano water sink, as the process is similar to that of baking paint, and all the nano layers will fall off after a month.
To be honest, when we encounter this kind of thing, we feel quite unfair when making products! The main reason is that people bought low-quality sinks. They may have simply sprayed them with this process, and then the coating peeled off and the paint was peeled off. It was directly judged that the nano sink industry was not good. To be honest, the price of ordinary stainless steel sinks can reach 140 US dollars. The price of nano sinks is even cheaper than ordinary stainless steel sinks. Think about it, is this possible? There are also some Sanwu brand nano sink coatings that are easy to peel off. If they are eaten with food into our stomachs, it will directly affect our health, so please be careful!

Many merchants' nano sinks are only electroplated with low-quality stainless steel, and simply put a thin layer of unknown brand paint on the surface and then sell them! Let's take a look at the processes that a good nano sink must go through in our factory: sanding → PVD → nano coating → oil sealing.

sanding

Our workers are sanding.

First of all, the first step is to machine sand the products one by one. Compared with the cheap manual sand sanding, this kind of instrumented treatment will be more comprehensive and the workmanship will be finer. The problem of coating peeling that our customers are worried about can also be minimized. greatly reduced. The quality of sand blasting directly affects whether the nano-oil can better adhere to the surface of the sink in the later stage and whether it can be more scratch-resistant in the later stage. Sanding is also divided into coarse sand and fine sand. The difference between the two is that using fine sand will have stronger adhesion when the sink is made into nanometers, and it can improve the adhesion of the metal surface. This step of PVD is omitted by many cheap nano sinks, causing the nano coating to easily fall off in the later stage. PVD refers to vacuum ion plating technology, which can take into account the color surface of the sink. It also has nano-hydrophobic, easy-to-clean and anti-bacterial properties, allowing the nano-coating to withstand the scratches of daily kitchen cleaning. The important raw material is SUS304 stainless steel, which will not rust even if it is used for decades. The surface treated with fine sand does not have a strong grainy feel. The surface of the sink is evenly coated with PVD coating, which has good hydrophobic properties. Oil stains can slide away directly along the water flow, making cleaning very hassle-free.
The first is the material used. Many nano sinks sold at a cheap price are made of 201 material for nano titanium plating. Even if the steel has rusted, it will still not be visible after you buy it with a layer of titanium plating, after a few months of use, the thin coating will gradually fall off, and the rust stains will become more and more obvious.
Therefore, for those friends who say that they have used nano water sinks and the nano layer fell off within a few months, a large part of the reason is that they bought inferior nano water sinks!
As the old saying goes, when buying a sink, you must buy a SUS304 Stainless Steel Sink! Even if you are buying a nano sink, you must look for SUS304!
In addition to SUS304, there is also DUS304. Are you a little confused when you see it?In fact, SUS and DUS are two different materials.
SUS304 is a serious stainless steel with good corrosion resistance.
DUS304 is an alloy material containing elements such as chromium, manganese, sulfur, and phosphorus. Not only does it have poor corrosion resistance, it is also prone to rust. During use, manganese elements will precipitate, which is harmful to the human body.
The second is the processing technology. To be honest, it is completely unreasonable to say that it is cheap but not good. Our factory has been operating in this industry for more than ten years, and we have seen many small businesses continue to reduce costs in order to sell goods at low prices. The materials used are also not willing to be used.
The nano-coatings used in our factory are all food-grade nano-coatings. In terms of process processing, unlike cheap products that spray nano-layers directly on inferior raw materials, our nano-sink production will be sanded first and then made. PVD, and finally nano-coating and oil sealing. With such a set of processes, the nano-sink will last longer and the nano-layer will be less likely to fall off.
